Terms of Service

These terms cover use of Sudoku - Daily Classic before production store submission. Replace this document with final legal terms before launch.

Use of the App

Sudoku - Daily Classic provides Sudoku puzzles, local progress, optional cloud sync, optional premium features, and settings for gameplay preferences.

Users are responsible for keeping account access secure when linking an email or store identity. Local-only play can continue without a cloud account.

Premium Features

Premium features may include advanced difficulty tiers, advanced hints, expanded stats history, premium themes, and additional cloud capacity. Product availability, pricing, and renewal behavior are controlled by Apple App Store or Google Play purchase flows.

Service Availability

Cloud sync, purchases, paywalls, hints, ads, experiments, and other remote-controlled features may be paused through kill switches for reliability, safety, compliance, or release operations.

Data and Privacy

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Users can request cloud data deletion through Settings or the Data Deletion instructions.

Changes

The production terms should define how users are notified of material changes before app submission.
