Privacy Policy

Sudoku - Daily Classic is designed for local play first. The app can also use optional cloud features for account identity, progress sync, premium entitlement status, diagnostics, and analytics.

Data We Process

• Local gameplay data, including puzzle progress, settings, completed puzzles, notes, mistakes, hints used, and elapsed time.
• Cloud account data, including Supabase user ID, anonymous or linked account identity, profile row, synced game sessions, synced settings, completed puzzle records, and aggregate stats.
• Premium data, including product IDs, subscription or entitlement status, renewal metadata, and purchase validation results.
• Analytics and diagnostics, including privacy-safe event names and product metadata such as difficulty, source, feature gate, error kind, and recovery status.

Analytics Consent

The app includes a Share Analytics setting. Turning it off stops new analytics events from being queued locally. Existing local queues may remain on device until overwritten or cleared by app data removal.

Third Parties

• Supabase: authentication, database, row-level security, and backend functions.
• Apple App Store and Google Play: purchases and subscription management.
• Expo/EAS Update: app update delivery when configured for production.

Data Retention

Local-only data remains on the device until the user clears app data or deletes the app. Cloud gameplay and account data are retained until the account is deleted, the data is deleted through a request, or a retention cleanup policy applies.

Data Deletion

Users can request data deletion from Settings or by visiting Data Deletion. Cloud deletion requests are recorded in Supabase and must be processed by trusted backend or operator tooling.
