Data Deletion

Users can request deletion of cloud account data from Settings by selecting Request Data Deletion. The app records the request in Supabase for processing.

What Is Included

A cloud data deletion request should delete or anonymize:

• Supabase profile data.
• Game sessions, completed puzzles, user stats, and settings snapshots.
• Analytics identity mappings when a provider is added.
• Entitlement links that are not legally required for purchase, fraud, tax, or support records.

Subscription and purchase records may need to be retained when required by app store, tax, fraud prevention, chargeback, or support obligations.

Local-Only Data

Local-only gameplay data is stored on the device. Users can remove it by clearing app data or deleting the app. A cloud deletion request does not automatically erase local storage on every device.

If you cannot access the app, visit Support and include "Data deletion request" in your message.
